Postings/Submissions/Use of Materials
WIN makes no guarantees as to the level of success a user may achieve by using the career placement/career posting/advertising service. Once a posting/advertisement has been accepted, you may not be entitled to any refund, rebate or retribution for usage that you determine to be unsuccessful.
WIN does not guarantee that your posting will be accessible for the entire term of its listing. Computer outages, software failures and other technical and/or non-technical issues may result in temporary outages. WIN cannot be held liable for such items.
You agree that job listings/advertisements may be available on the job boards of our membership partners. If you do not want your jobs listed on additional job boards for free, please email info@womenintheindustry.org with your request.
No party may upload any items that are deemed offensive by Women in the Industry, Inc. This includes creating hyperlinks to materials deemed to be offensive the organization. Additionally no items may be uploaded which are designed to damage or extract protected data of the hardware/software systems which support the WIN Website.
Security
Users may not access, collect, record, alter or interfere with account data which does not belong to them. Any attempts or successes at violating another user's data or privacy shall result in breach of this usage agreement and may result in cancellation of membership and possible criminal or civil proceedings.
Specific Prohibited Uses
This Website and/or its services may not be used for any illegal or unlawful purposes. Women in the Industry, Inc. reserve the right to terminate usage by any party that is not in compliance with WIN’s Code of Ethics. WIN also reserves the right to terminate usage by any party that the Organization deems questionable.
No party may enter data that is knowingly inaccurate or false. This includes, but not limited to the listing of job opportunities, advertisements and/or promotional offers.
No party may enter data which does belongs to another user or organization. The only exception, is if you represent a recruitment firm, or other third party recruitment service, or advertising agency with permission to post on a company's behalf.
No party may upload anything that causes and excessive strain on our system and networks, or maintain an excessive amount of data on our servers. No party may use our services with the intent of hurting, damaging, destroying, or otherwise violate the stability and usefulness of our services and Website.
No party may use the services provided by WIN for the practice of posting job openings or promotional offers that do not actually exist. No party may use the services of the WIN site for the purpose of collecting resumes or other data from our members and advertisers. This practice is a violation of the WIN Code of Ethics and may result in cancellation of your posting, removal of your usage rights and cancellation of membership without refund.
No party may distribute what Women in the Industry, Inc. define as protected materials for the purposes of our membership to any third party. This includes but is not restricted to contact data, passwords, membership discounts, etc. No party may utilize data from the Website in an attempt to bypass the Website's security and extract protected data from outside sources. WIN reserves the right to edit, or remove any data posted at anytime, which is deemed inappropriate or questionable.
No party may collect or display the content on the WIN Website without the express written consent of Women in the Industry, Inc. No party may copy, duplicate or use any of the proprietary coding, markup language, or software that is contained with the WIN Website or any of its services. No item may be duplicated for any purpose without the express consent of Women in the Industry, Inc.
Individuals that post a resume, agree to post information at no risk or obligation to WIN. WIN posts such items as a courtesy to our members and does not guarantee results. WIN also reserves the right to remove such data if deemed questionable or inappropriate by the Board of Directors.
Copyrights and Trademarks
The Women in the Industry, Inc. Website is copyrighted as a collective work. Whether posting a resume, job announcement or advertisement, users agree to honor the copyrights in this site. As a member of WIN, you may download and maintain copies of member – related materials for personal use only or as directed in our Corporate Partnership/Benefactor/Sponsorship agreements.
Use of the WIN logo and other materials may be obtained with permission by contacting info@womenintheindustry.org. Please include the purpose of your use and note that the right to reproduce our materials and log must have advance permission.
By submitting material for advertisements, resumes, events, or comments to discussion groups, you agree to grant to WIN the non-exclusive ability to reproduce, display, distribute, modify and create content from such material under your authorship for marketing and/ or publicity purposes.

The WIN Website makes no guarantees as to the accuracy or truthfulness of any data posted within this Website.
