The members of Women in the Industry (WIN) include resorts, recreational real estate developers, vacation clubs, and funding / lending institutions along with legal firms, architects and suppliers to the vacation industry. While membership is not restricted to women, one of the greatest advantages of membership in WIN is the opportunity to network and foster career growth for women with principal organizations in the vacation industry.

The members of WIN come from all backgrounds. Collectively we work together to foster leadership and create opportunity in both the vacation and the vacation ownership Industries. The goals of the Association are to encourage and assist in the recognition of achievements and education of Women, to assist with Community and Philanthropic activities and to provide opportunities for networking and support.
