The League of Extraordinary Women is WIN’s “support” component which aligns with the board of directors and allow the organization to operate. They lead and manage projects for the organization and work closely with the board of directors. They manage chapters locally and internationally. They are committed to a high level participation. The League of Extraordinary Women of WIN are nominated based on the following criteria.

• Inspire a shared vision by looking into the future and communicating WIN goals to its members.
• Model achievement of extraordinary results by creating and implementing the philosophy, goals and plans of the projects.
• Challenge processes by looking for new ways of accomplishing our goals.
• Enable others to act and participate in accomplishing great projects.
• Encourage others to grow by acknowledging and rewarding their accomplishment
