The members of WIN, Women in the Industry, come from all backgrounds. Collectively we work together to foster leadership and create opportunity in both the vacation and the vacation ownership Industries.

The WIN Advisory Board plays a key role in achieving our goals of encouraging and assisting in the recognition of achievements and education of Women, assisting with community and philanthropic activities and to providing opportunities for networking and support.

Specifically, The WIN Advisory Board provides 3 core functions:

1. Provide access to people, resources and networks of strategic support.

2. Assist the WIN board of directors to build awareness around the success stories of the organization, industry, and members, as well as its current and future programs and services.

3. Provide advice and guidance on potential future strategic direction.
